Talents for Christ
CBC will be the host church for Talents for Christ this year which is scheduled for Friday afternoon and evening, April 30, and all day Saturday, May 1. ?Talents for Christ is regional competition between teens from area churches of similar beliefs. ?Our own CBC Youth Group is hard at work preparing music, puppet skits, artwork and a variety of presentation. ?Encourage them as they work at honing their skills for the Lord.
A lot of work will be needed from the CBC church family to make Talents for Christ a success. ?Setting up rooms for various activities, feeding everyone on Saturday, cleaning up the facility on Saturday afternoon and hosting the judges and young ladies in the competition are the major tasks with which we need help. ?We are looking for four teams this year to handle the needs of this ministry: Set Up team, Clean Up team, Food team, and Host Homes. ?Please set aside some time to help out with Talents for Christ. ?Many hands make light work. ?Email with any questions: cbcofbloom@gmail.com.
